Sortie au Restaurant Américain Pumpkins

Vendredi 21 mai tout le groupe du mardi 10h30 (sauf Nathalie qui a dû travailler) est allé à midi au restaurant américain Pumpkins à Grenoble.

La MJC nous a prêté leur minibus et Gilbert s’est porté volontaire pour nous y conduire. Les hamburgers et pastrami faits maison avec des salades diverses ont été appréciés par tout le monde, sans oublier de mentionner les desserts délicieux : tarte aux noix de pécan, tarte à la rhubarbe et fraises, cheese-cake, ou sundae (glace à la vanille avec une sauce chocolat et caramel et des morceaux de noix de pécan).

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Bob, le patron américain et tout le monde s’est bien amusé. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter et les photos en font la preuve !

Lunch Outing to Pumpkins American Restaurant

On Friday 21^st May all the Tuesday 10.30am students (except for poor Nathalie who had to work) went out for an American lunch at Pumpkins restaurant in Grenoble. The MJC lent us their minibus and Gilbert volunteered to be our chauffeur! Homemade hamburgers or pastrami with various salads were enjoyed by all, without forgetting the delicious desserts: pecan pie, rhubarb and strawberry pie, cheesecake, or chocolate and toffee sundae with pecan nuts.

We were given a very warm welcome by Bob, the American boss, and a great time was had by all. We definitely recommend this restaurant and the photos are there to prove it!
